Casentino Wool - Custom Suits by Bobby Macc

Casentino wool is a traditional cloth from Tuscany, in Italy. Originally produced in the Casentino Valley in the 14th century, this wool was worn by monks and peasants who lived in the region.
Later in the mid 19th century this distinct fuzzy fabric was adopted by aristocrats as luxury-utility wear for hunting and by the 1950s it represented high fashion. Since 2012, this uniquely textured cloth has made a comeback and become the fall/winter choice for both men and women style aficionados.
