Bobby Macc Return Policy is provided to offer ultimate customer experience.
Return policy
BOBBY MACC BESPOKE COUTURE LLC, is dedicated to giving
the ultimate customer experience. During the delivery of your
bespoke garment, if there is any error on our part, we
will alter or replace the garment if necessary.
All booking security deposits may be refunded
if your cancellation notice is received at least
48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
An order already placed cannot be cancelled
after 24 hours of placing an order. To ensure
timely delivery all orders are processed within
24 hours of placing an order.
Regarding all other non bespoke garment products,
items maybe returned within 21 business days with a
10% restocking fee. Items must be return in the original
state without signs of being worn, broken, frayed,
stained or torn. Return Items subject to being either
approved or rejected for refund at the discretion of
BOBBY MACC BESPOKE COUTURE LLC.
